Paid circulation has always been a part of The Keene Sentinel‘s revenue stream, but the New Hampshire paper recently pivoted to focus on growing its digital subscriptions.

Chief Operating Officer Terrence Williams wrote a report for Better News about how 1 pound of coffee helped The Sentinel reduce its digital subscriber churn and raise online revenue. Read the report.
